Raina began working as a Behavior Therapist at the Institute for Effective Behavior Interventions during its first year of business. Raina has always been passionate about helping people, and she immediately fell in love with the effectiveness of Applied Behavior Analysis. She continued on at IEBI as a Lead Therapist and Adaptive Skills Coordinator before starting her current position as Case Manager.  Raina completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, she is completing her Master’s in Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University, Los Angeles so that she can become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
